Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use [USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL] for domestic and international shipments. You may be able to select your preferred carrier at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States (and select international countries if applicable). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
